With all the fun, bright, summery colors, I just had to use this adorable stamp Water Babe. I adore this stamp and her sassy attitude! She's colored with copic markers and then cut out and popped up for dimension. The ribbon is May Arts Silk Ribbon which is available at Stamp and Create. The palm tree and aloha are cut with my Cricut Expression and Life is a Beach cartrdige available at Hallmark Scrapbook.com
